Judith “Judy” A. Copic, 73 of Lambertville, MI, died Saturday, February 21, 2015, in her home. Born February 18, 1942 in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Earl and Nellie (Zukas) Hunter. A 1960 graduate of Waite High School, she married Harley F. Copic on October 5, 1968. Judy was a billing specialist for several orthopedic and plastic surgeons. She was an avid reader and also enjoyed ceramics, puzzles, bowling, but most of all spending time with her family. Judy was an active member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Toledo.
She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Harley. Sons, Greg Copic, Todd (MaryEllen) Copic and Terry (Kristy) Copic, Sister, Kathleen Gaul, Grandchildren, Tabatha, Meagan, Christina, Brandon, T.J., Macie, Samantha, Alec, Lila, Lucas and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 26, 2015, at 11:00 am at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, 5240 Talmadge Road
Toledo, Ohio 43623, where she will lie in state after 10:00 am. Fr. Joseph Keblesh, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow at Whiteford Union Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church.  www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
